If your printer does not pull up when you select a port, then most likely more than 100 devices are installed on your PC and the printer is connected on virtual port 101 and higher

In a nutshell, disconnect your printer from USD, download USB Deview and delete unnecessary devices (We would recommend deleting from the end)
