Order

To create a fix firmware you need to send the data of your printer:
1. Exact printer model
2. Firmware version
3. Machine Serial Number
4. CRUM Number (Toner chip)

To check printer reports (in order not to make a mistake in the data) we recommend use the free program Printer Reports by ORPYS or PC_INFO_TO0L, it has the ability to save reports, you can send this report to us

Instruction (Manual) for program firmware

1. Connect printer to computer and turn ON
2. Wait until it is ready and Windows finish find driver
3. Extract the archive and run download_1.bat or drag and drop file P_NU_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_M4070_V4.00.0XxXX.hd on usbprns2.exe
4. Wait for the printer to done programming (1-2 minutes) and then it will reboot itself.
5. After the firmware, you need to glue tape of toner chip and not allow other chips
In M3325ND, M3825D, M3825ND, M4025ND glue tape two chips (Toner and DRUM)
6. Done, the firmware is finished.
