Order

To create a fix firmware you need to send the data of your printer:
1. Exact printer model
2. Firmware version
3. Machine Serial Number

To check printer reports (in order not to make a mistake in the data) we recommend use the free program  Printer Reports by ORPYS
It has the ability to save reports, you can send this report to us

Instruction (Manual) for program firmware

1. Connect printer to computer by USB and extract the archive with firmware
2. Enter printer into DOWNLOAD MODE (forced mode)
    - Turn printer OFF (by button «POWER»)
    - Press hold button [STOP] and press button [POWER], and waiting in display of printer message «Press Stop to download mode»
    - Quickly unpress all button and second press button [STOP] 
    - Printer will show message «Wait Image» 
3. Run download_1.bat or drag and drop file P_NU_XXXXXXXXXXX_CLX3175_V1.00.01.xx.hd on usbprns2.exe
    - Wait for the printer to done programming (5-10 minutes) and then it will reboot itself.
4. After the firmware, you need to glue tape of toner chips
5. Done, the firmware is finished.

Instruction (Manual) for program original firmware

1. Enter printer into Download Mode
2. Download and extract the archive with original firmware
3. Drag and drop file CLX3175_V1.00.01.xx.hd on usbprns2.exe

    - With the printer turned OFF, press hold the [Stop] button after [Power], and waiting in display of printer message «Press Stop to download mode»
    - Then you see message «Press Stop to download mode» - need quickly unpress all buttons and second press button [STOP]
    - Printer will show message «Wait Image»
