Order

To create a fix firmware you need to send the data of your printer:

1. Exact printer model
2. Firmware version
3. Machine Serial Number
4. CRUM Number of Black Toner chip

To check printer reports (in order not to make a mistake in the data) we recommend use the free program Printer Reports by ORPYS
it has the ability to save reports, you can send this report to us

Instruction (Manual) for program firmware №1 [in Normal mode]

1. Connect printer to computer and turn ON
    - Wait until it is ready and Windows finish find driver
2. Extract the archive with firmware and drag and drop file FIX_NU_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_SL-C435_V3.00.01.xx.hd on usbprns2.exe
    - Wait for the printer to done programming (2 minutes) and then it will reboot itself.
3. Done, the firmware is finished.

Instruction (Manual) for program firmware №2 [in Download mode]

1. Connect printer to computer and enter the printer to Download Mode
   - On the OFF the printer press button [ECO] after [Power] ,
    - Then you see what all LEDs are the on - unpress all button
2. Extract the archive with firmware and drag and drop file FIX_NU_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_SL-C435_V3.00.01.xx.hd on usbprns2.exe
    - Wait for the printer to done programming (2 minutes) and then it will reboot itself.
3. Done, the firmware is finished.

1. Enter the printer to Download Mode
2. Download and extract the archive with original firmware
3. Drag and drop file C435_V3.00.01.xx.hd on usbprns2.exe
