Order

To create a fix firmware you need to send the data of your printer:

1. Exact printer model
2. Firmware version
3. Machine Serial Number
4. CRUM Number (Toner chip)

To check printer reports (in order not to make a mistake in the data) we recommend use the free program PC_INFO_TO0L, it has the ability to save reports, you can send this report to us

Instruction (Manual) for program firmware

1. Connect printer to computer
2. Enter printer into DOWNLOAD MODE (forced mode)
3. Drag and drop file Patch_WC3225_V3.50.01.08.hd on usbprns2.exe        download
4. Wait for the printer to done programming (2-4 minutes) and then it will reboot itself.
5. After rebooting the printer, wait until it is ready and you need go to printer service menu [Menu◄] [#] [1] [9] [3] [4] [OK]  and turn on update mode [Diagnostics > Data Setup > Firmware Upgrate > On > OK]
6. Drag and drop file First_WC3225_V3.50.01.08.hd on usbprns2.exe
7. Wait for the printer to done programming (2-4 minutes) and then it will reboot itself.
8. After rebooting the printer, wait until it is ready and Enter printer into DOWNLOAD MODE (forced mode)
9. Drag and drop file FIX_NU_xxxxxxxxxx_Second_WC3225_V3.50.01.08.hd on usbprns2.exe
10. After the firmware, you need to glue tape of toner and drum chips and not allow other chips
11. Done, the firmware is finished.
