Order

To create a fix firmware you need to send the data of your printer:

1. Exact printer model
2. Firmware version
3. Machine Serial Number
4. CRUM Number (Toner chip)

To check printer reports (in order not to make a mistake in the data) we recommend use the free program Printer Reports by ORPYS, it has the ability to save reports, you can send this report to us

Instruction (Manual) for program firmware

1. Connect printer to computer и turn ON
    - Wait until it is ready and Windows finish find driver
2. Extract the archive with firmware and run file download_1.bat or drag and drop file M2885_V3.00.01xXX.hd on usbprns2.exe
3. Wait for the printer to done programming (1-2 minutes) and then it will reboot itself.
4. Enter printer into DOWNLOAD MODE (forced mode)
    - Turn printer OFF (by button «POWER»)
    - Press button «STOP» and press button «POWER», and waiting in display of printer message «Press Stop to download mode»
    - Quickly unpress all button and second press button «STOP» 
    - Printer show message «Wait Image» 
5. Run file download_2.bat or drag and drop file P_NU_XXXXXXXXXXX_M2885_V3.00.01.XXx.hd on usbprns2.exe
6. Wait for the printer to done programming (1-2 minutes) and then it will reboot itself
7. After the firmware, you need to glue tape of toner chip and not allow other chips
    - In M2885FW need glue tape two chips Toner и DRUM
8. Done, the firmware is finished.

P/S: After, we recommend disconnecting CRUM connectors from the board

1. Enter printer into Download Mode
2. Download and extract the archive with original firmware
3. Drag and drop file M2885_V3.00.01.xx.hd on usbprns2.exe
